What is it like to be a Property Manager?

Most days it literally is like skipping over a rainbow with the sun shining whilst drinking a glass of never-ending champagne (that’s my idea of a good time). Then other days you’re suffering from a migraine at 9:15am – your phone doesn’t stop ringing and you’ve got 150 urgent emails to attend to. 

If you are good at multitasking, you don’t take things personally, you’re a good problem solver, an outside the box thinker and have great communication skills – then you’ll do just fine. 

It’s all about looking at situations from different angles, whilst being able to understand not only the situation, but the feelings involved from all parties and showing empathy towards everyone involved. 

You know the saying, treat people how you want to be treated – that really applies in this role.  As long as you are open and honest and communicate as such, you can’t go wrong.
